Initial Consultation - $300

Includes up to 60 minutes with the physician.

This is an in-person visit.

 

Follow-up Visit - $150

Includes up to 45 minutes with the physician.

This can be in-person or virtual depending on your needs and preferences.

 

Health Coaching 

Introductory Call - Free

10 minute phone call to learn about health coaching and see if we're the right fit.

Foundation Session - $50

​Up to 40 minute phone or video call.

​

Follow Up Coaching Session - $25

Up to 20 minute phone call.

​

    We offer a 10% discount for military, veterans, and first responders.

​

Please note:

      We only accept patients/ clients 18 years of age or older.

      We do not accept any insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. 

      Payment is due in full at the time of your visit.
